1 General Provisions and Definitions

3 Account Registration and Security

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

• The validity period of each bonus is set separately for each offer; a bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• If bonus abuse is attempted through multiple accounts, members of the same household, or from the same IP address, all associated accounts may be closed.
• The maximum bet amount placed using bonus funds may be limited.
• The original deposited amount can be withdrawn at any time before the bonus is earned, but the bonus will be cancelled in that case.

6 Betting Rules and Gaming Policy

The following rules apply to all bets placed, games played, and results settled on 5666bet.

6.1 Bet Validity

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• 5666bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds or lines.

• Hedging bets through two or more accounts.
• Using automated bots or software to create abnormal betting patterns.
• Being involved in or attempting to profit from match fixing or result manipulation.

• Knowingly exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the system.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request closure of their account at any time. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance will be provided before the account is closed.

10.2 Closure at 5666bet's Initiative

An account may be closed or suspended without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• Registration using false or incomplete information is proven.
• The member voluntarily requests self-exclusion.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

11 Dispute Resolution

If a member has a complaint regarding any bet, transaction, or service, they must first contact the 5666bet customer support team. Complaints can be submitted via 24/7 live chat or email (in both Bengali and English).

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

• At the first stage, the customer support team will attempt to resolve the dispute.
• If the matter is not resolved at the customer support level, it will be reviewed at a higher level.
• The final decision will be communicated in writing by the 5666bet authority.

12 Changes to Terms and Their Effect

5666bet reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members in advance through their registered contact details.
